Planning a memorable event for a large group can be a challenge. That’s where we come in! We specialize in crafting unique experiences for corporate outings, private custom tours, milestone birthday group trips, and even bachelor or bachelorette parties. Our experienced staff can accommodate groups of up to 50 people, ensuring everyone has a fun and engaging experience.
The tour starts from Shaker Village at 9:45 a.m., with a visit to the Independent Stave Company and a tasting at Limestone Branch Distillery. The main destination is Maker’s Mark Distillery for a tour, tasting, and lunch (Wed-Sat only). The last stop is Wilderness Trail Distillery before returning to Harrodsburg for dinner around 4:45 p.m.
The tour begins with a scenic drive to Bardstown, Kentucky, voted “Most Beautiful Small Town in America.” Your first stop is Jim Beam Distillery, the world’s #1 bourbon producer, for a tour, tasting, and shopping. After lunch in Bardstown, you’ll visit Heaven Hill Distillery and view the Bourbon Heritage Center. The last stop is Willett Distillery, a family-owned craft distillery, for a tour, tasting, and shopping before returning to Harrodsburg around 5 pm.

While we don’t offer pre-set tours or transportation packages for Derby Week, we understand the importance of seamless travel during this exciting time.
Our tour will consist of tours and tastings at three of the best bourbon distilleries in the world. One of the stops on our tour will be at Woodford Reserve Distillery. Distilling began on this site in 1780 and the current distillery building was built in 1838, making this the oldest active distillery today. The visitor’s center was just remodeled in 2019 so you will have both history and modern comforts on this tour. Following your tour, you will be able to sample some of their gold medal winning bourbons and visit their gift shop as well.
